Molde Celebrates League Title with Grand Gold Party

Molde FK celebrates its first league title with a grand gold party next weekend. It all starts with a folk festival in the city center on Saturday.

What's happening in the city center?

At 12.00, a large tent opens on Rådhusplassen, where gold cake will be served to all who visit the tent. Benches, chairs, and stage are in place. And during the next few hours, bands like «Noname», «Josah» and «Polkabjørn og Kleine Heine» will perform on stage to get the party started.

Family party in Akerhallen

An hour later, the family party opens in Akerhallen. Here, too, admission is free for both children and adults. – We're planning a packed two-hour program, says Jan Arild Byttingsvik, marketing director of Molde Football.

Night party

«Di derre» is the main attraction for many tonight. The same bands that played at the family party will also play here. We're working hard to get final approval to let in 3,000 people in Akerhallen tonight.
